Man charged with theft crime in New York

A 25-year-old Erie, New York man named Cody Menhart is charged with burglary on Dec 17th 2013 after allegedly breaking into several businesses. Now he is behind bars and charged with theft, burglary and criminal mischief. Millcreek Police, who arrested him, say that he broke into the New York Lunch and several other places during the month of November. Police claim he stole money and several electronic devices during the series of burglaries. Now the burglar is being held in prison on $50 thousand dollars bond.
